The unit itself shipped quickly, arrived in great shape and even came with a J-arm, which was a classy touch. But the real hero here was Nathan. He personally answered my emails and helped me out with shipping. Great company, will happily order from them again and recommend others to do so as well.
First nods purchase, probably not the last though. Will definitely be returning to the guys at Nighthawk for the next one. Customer service was great when right after ordering green phos I decided to drop the extra cash on White. I've used plenty of 14's at work, and these blow all of them out of the water. For the past month I've been using them to take the dog out, hit the range, and a little here and there at work. They've worked flawlessly and I even got the wife out to the range with them. She wants her own set now. AX-14 Pro J-arm is a game changer for stowing the nods closer to the helmet, being able to quickly rotate them out of the way when you're doing something hands on, and getting the tube lined up to your eye perfectly. Recommend the product, and highly recommend the company.
This was my first experience with night vision, and Nathan couldn't have been more helpful. He helped me choose a housing and optics to fit my circumstances. Everything was ready within 2 weeks, I thought it would take a lot longer. The whole set up was well packaged, and easy to put together. The stars are amazing!
