Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground by default unless the customer requests an express shipping service. All orders in excess of $700 will include a signature requirement. This prevents packages from being left unsecured and vulnerable to theft.  All orders in excess of $10,000 will only be shipped with USPS Registered Mail unless payment is made by wire or check. 

Ready-to-ship and hand-select items are shipped within 2 business days. If the billing and shipping address do not match, it may take longer for the order to be shipped. We may also contact you before shipping the order. With wire or check payment, the products are shipped within 2 business days of the funds clearing. The time frame is an estimate, not a guarantee

Lead time will apply to items that are ordered from the manufacturer or back-ordered. The estimated lead time is denoted on the top of the product listing, please contact us before ordering at sales@nighthawkvision.com for a more accurate lead time estimate. Once the item is shipped a tracking number will be emailed to the customer. 

Shipping Insurence

The chance of a package being lost during transit is extremely low. Your package is covered from loss during shipment until it is delivered. Shipments may sometimes take longer than expected to arrive. If your package hasn't arrived within 18 days of receiving the delivery notification please contact us. We will start an insurance claim. Once the claim is approved we will send you a replacement product or issue a refund
