Refund policy

Returns

Each return case will be treated on a case-by-case basis. Nighthawk Vision Systems retains sole discretion to allow or deny a return request. A customer may request to return within 15 days of product delivery. No products are eligible for returns after 15 days of product delivery. If the return request is accepted, the product must be in its original condition. The return may be subjected to shipping fees and restocking fees of up to 15%. 

DOA

Nighthawk Vision Systems ensures all products are inspected to be in working condition before shipping. If the product arrives non-functioning. Please hold on to all the packaging and contact sales@nighthawkvision.com within 3 days of delivery of the product. If Nighthawk Vision Systems determines the product to be DOA we will take rational steps to resolve the issue. 

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before the shipment of the order 

Back-ordered or special order (ordered from manufacturer) products canceled before shipment are subject up to a 10% cancellation fee, other products canceled before shipment are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. 

Orders with shipping addresses to international freight forwarding or redelivery companies will be canceled. 10% service/cancellation fee may be charged.
